Then, is there a way for the archives to slowly delete themselves as they're extracted, thus freeing up space for the uncompressed data?

Hi. I've received an archive that was compressed into 4 parts, suffixed with ".001", ".002", etc. I've heard the right way to unzip them is to put them all in the same folder and just unzip the first one, and 7-Zip will take care of the rest. However, I don't have enough space to put them all on the same disk. I've put half on the C drive and the other half on D. How can I unzip these? Can I just unzip one at a time, targetting the same folder, or will that break things?
