I had the very same problem with TM 0.47 and LO 6.2.4.2 under Mint-Xcfe 19.1, I had to go to a resolution of 3200X1800 to see all the buttons, and then all other apps and fonts are microscopic. Why not move the lower right 4 buttons to the uppser right, where there is a lot of empty space? How do I control the font size of the TM window (not the way it will look in Impress or Writer, but on the TexMaths window)? I couldn't find it in the preferences.
Has anyone run into trouble while using \replaced{NEW TEXT}{OLD TEXT} when either old or new text has references, such as: \citep{Ito2011,Bossomaier2016} ? It works if I do not run Bibtex on the file, but if I do, it crashes. It seems that the problem arises only if the references appear in the OLD TEXT, but not if they are in the NEW TEXT. ............ I am not sure why, but it looks as if thhe problem was caused by a latex command just before the text that was to be changed: \textcolor{red} {.....text...
Can lists of references be included in the changed text, for example: \replaced{\citep{ref1, ref2, ref3}}{remove this junk-- \citep{ref1, ref2, ref3}}

I ran into trouble when I inserted a \par inside some \added test. I got an error message, and the text after the \par appeared twice. What am I doing wrong?
