Hi, I just want to understand how ZenOSS id setting trap severity upon receiving any enterprise snmp traps. I am sending traps to ZenOSS and it considering default severity as warning that why its not getting cleared upon receiving cleared traps for the same event. I want to set the seveiry as CRITICAL for the raised alarms and set the severity as CLEAR for cleared alarms, i am sending trap severity as part of variable binding but ZenOSS did not recognizing it.
