    Linux: "Changing HRTF requires system re-start" I think I managed to put up to ten *.conf -Files, which setup different sofa-Files or HeSuvi-based wav files in my ~/.config/pipewire/pipewire.conf.d/ folder. To my ears it is possible using pavucontrol to change the applied filters on the fly without restarting the player. Just find you player in the playback tab and change the output. I tested this with mpv and vlc. In vlc you can change the used hrtf-conf in the application itself. Go to Audio/Device...
