    Hi, I'm not aware of any parameter changes in that tool, so I think it should still work. But as the warning message tells you: you are using a SAGA version that is not officially supported by RSAGA. I would suggest to use SAGA 2.2.2 in order to be consistent with the RSAGA installation.

    Hi, great to hear that it is working! Regarding the priority of the projection parameters: in the end, it is always the proj4 string that is used, regardless of the other settings. The EPSG and Coordinate Systems parameters are just helpers: in case you change their settings, they will automatically update the proj4 string (which is finally used).

    Hi, what is slightly shifted, a few centimeters? AFAIK 1-2cm shifts are expected in case you work with the shift grid. You should not use the EPSG code(s), you must use the proj4 strings I've provided. Simply copy them into the respective parameter field.

    Hi, the Natural Neighbour implementation is based upon a Delaunay Triangulation - this might be the crux: such triangulations can fail under certain circumstances because of floating point precision problems, especially if your point cloud has a very high point density and/or has a regular point spacing (i.e. points are located on the same "line"). Usually the points are inserted somehow randomly while building up the triangulation in order to minimize this problem. Sometimes even some noise is added...
