When I run report in xlsx mode I get 500 error. What can be reason? In other modes (browser, pdf, docx) all is OK.

I created sample report that contains cyrillic letters. In browser and .docx modes it looks OK. In .pdf mode all cyrillic letters are invisible. I think this is because of using Helvetica/Helvetica-Bold and WinAnsiEncoding during PDF generation. Are there any settings about PDF generation (Fonts, Encoding, etc.)?
