Sorry I never replied, but I did manage to finally lower the size of the model decently if y'all are still interested. Word of advice, never triangulate your only copy of a model. Combined size is just under 200KB, totalling at approx. 500KB with textures. Unfortunately load times really haven't improved much. Not sure why. I'll include a copy for y'all to look at. It still needs a some adjustments on the car body UVs.
