Yeah you're right, vsync is working fine with sdl2 compared to sdl1, forgot to mention that in my previous post. Anyways , these are just my personal experiences with advancemame on linux (x) and windows (xp). On my rpi2 everything works just fine.

Your settings are fine,, they are almost the same as mine. Since the switch from sdl1 to sdl2 this happens., on linux (with x) and windows (xp).
