Hi Cassie, Thanks for the report. I suspect both of these issues have been resolved in the latest version, 0.9.8; the second issue has for sure: you can now choose whatever grid count you want when you go to save the pdf (you might have to scroll down a bit in the save window to see the option). The way color codes are carried through the program has changed in 0.9.8 as well, so could you give it a try and see if you're still seeing the issue with the color not showing up in the pdf?
