This is now fixed! what I found was was first that ttf fonts would throw up a error message on a new install/first update.Then errors appeared after a fresh install and once first error was corrected, at then first update the main key for signing.That was simple after a search .for the error I got, sudo pacman -S archlinux-keyring.Problem solved Threw all this pamac would disappear.. That too has been fixed.Thanks for a great distro..Ken S

okay I have always admitted that I am new to arch but want to learn.So saying,why could you at least have said something.Yes I know this has been a learning xp but ahint would have been nice,hmm.
pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring after using this the system will update normally,no errors when sudo pacman -Syu is used

I was wondering if I should just reinstall your OS.I'm using the July version.Not sure here as I have been trying to find answers but its a tangled up thing that is above my head here.Any leads or advice would be helpful.
