Hum, I should have read the other tickets before posting mine, specifically the #110 which mentions an issue with the Manual Carryall Drops option. It is strange that this option can cause a crash while the AI is the one using a Carryall. Welp, only one way to find out : restart a campaign. Sorry if this ticket is redundant.
