The reference file you linked me to is "x264-0.164.3107_a8b68eb_Win_GCC131.7z" there is NO "x86 x265.exe" file in that download ? RON PS: I appeared to FIX the BUG buy copying "x265.exe" from my last updated MeGUI to tools/x265/x86 which was empty as your update seems to be missing that file . Can't say if it's the latest version of the file though.
