Racial Classes
Races can currently be designed to work similar to a class, granting abilities per level. If you set the Race to have a blank class (or even a class name=race name), you can put all of the abilities in the race, and restrict the race to just the blank class/race-class name. WISHing into a class would still be an issue, though (so your Dragon RCC with a Dragon class that just controls hp/mana/etc could WISH into an adventuring class and get both the Dragon RCC and the adventuring class abilities)...
