Anyone have an ETA on when this issue is going to be fixed?
Apparently he has no redirect so if you do not manually type https it drops you into port 80. Never seen that before. There are chrome plugins that watch for this. Maybe I should grab one.
But what he is doing is not advertising. He is literally blocking the SDI product and replacing it with his own. A full on bait and switch. As a result, no one using your product at any time can feel like they are getting YOUR product. So it really does not matter if you have advertising or viruses in your product or not. How can you sleep at night knowing that you are participating in this viral computer sin????
Greetings 130rne, Read the thread. How it is being done is explained. And it is not sdi.org it is http://sdi-tool.org/ (no encryption certificate) As stated, the "driverpack" is not the sdi tool. I agree the author should fix it. I believe that people are only coming the the understanding of how it is happening and that is on the website.. Now.. 6 months after it was first reported.

@130rne I get the feeling you are not up to speed on the topic of this conversation or what is happening here. Just to be clear, the "driverpack" app is not SDI nore is it made by them. It is a hack into the site. To the best of my knowledge the actual SDI tool is fine and works as intended..
@James specifically how does one check for that bitsadmin rule? What kind of rule? I am a little bothered that they are moving so slowly with this thread. SIX months.
