Roland Baudin: In LO settings > Language settings you can change LO lang to some RTL lang. just install a localize LO on a VM.

Deleting dvisvgm in the path tab solves this issue. I'm guessing the version number got bigger than you expected. My version is: dvisvgm 2.3.5

Your guess is correct. It in LibreOffice. Arch Linux LibreOffice 5.4.7.2 No. Didn't work in previus version.
