Hi Srinivas, It seems the asciitospm doesn't like my design file, it outputs this error: Unable to read MAT-file /Users/nilcamp1/Desktop/EI_ERdesign.mat. Not a binary MAT-file. Try load -ASCII to read as text.

Hi there - newbie to using GIFT. Quick question - is the file requested from SPM during temporal sorting the same as the design.mat file outputed by FSL when creating my model? Can I use that one or does it have to be in another format?
