Thank you for your continued assistance as I try to figure this out. I have two questions: I have created an SPM.mat file through 1st level, and when I input my design matrix in static ICA, the parameter file is altered to reflect the temporal design yes? Because that is the file I used to run dynFC. I am basically interested in dynFC/condition, not throughout the whole task. Hi Srinivas, It seems the asciitospm doesn't like my design file, it outputs this error: Unable to read MAT-file /Users/nilcamp1/Desktop/EI_ERdesign.mat. Not a binary MAT-file. Try load -ASCII to read as text.

Hi there - newbie to using GIFT. Quick question - is the file requested from SPM during temporal sorting the same as the design.mat file outputed by FSL when creating my model? Can I use that one or does it have to be in another format?

Hi there, I am interested in seeing if a particular behavioral variable predicts the states from the dFNC toolbox. Is there a way to run a correlation or multiple regression on the dFNC output? The only available options are t-tests. Thank you, Teodora
