The latest version of 7-zip does not support Windows 11's new context menu. How does this option only appear there but nowhere else?

Many thanks. This command is exactly what I want.
@ipavlov I know that. Vladimir Surguchev said what I wanted.
It's not what I want. If I type 7zfm.exe (in File Explorer address bar) it opens the "7z File Manager". I want to open 7zFM in that directoy I am in (the File Explorer Path I am in) with its path in 7Zip address bar. It's what I do when I want to open CMD in a specific folder (with thah folder address in CMD). Just open a folder on your system and type CMD in its address bar. You see CMD wil open with that address (path).
No. I clarify it with an example. I want to manage (compress or ...) some files in my "D:\Photos": I have to open 7z File Manager (GUI) and go to the directory within 7z File Manager. I want to know if it is possible: Open 7z (GUI) in a specific directory (from File Explorer) directly by typing 7z (or 7z.exe, 7zfm.exe) in that directory address bar (the GIF below clarifies what I mean).
