Many thanks for your support so far. Would you happen to know the terminal command to install Discover please?
I forgot to mention that this computer, plus my laptop are workstations. Wanted to make changes including installing a robust and stable OS and making 2025 the most productive year possible.
Hello, Thank you for reaching out. I have stayed with XFCE in the installation process and not bothered to install KDE, GNOME or anything else. Discover is KDE's version of Software Manager, yes. If Discover cannot be installed, What other Software centres can be installed, and how can we get Snap Software as well? I saw that i the initial post install step that 2 repositories can be accessed, but can't seem to get hold of them in Software Manager.
Hi Everyone, Happy new year, and hoping 2025 is going to be a better year for everyone. Moving over to Peppermint OS and so far, everything does look good. I have a few questions to ask, if I may; Where do I find the option to change to dark mode? How do I install Discover, and is there any recommended things to do after installation? Thank you in advance, Michael
