I recently installed "Qimgv" on peppermint but it is not playing mp4. Currently in peppermint it only reads .jpg .png .gif .gifs and other formats except mp4 or other video formats. infanView via wine on peppermint the same thing happens, except mp4 video files. Qimpv works on Linux Mint, but it will also work on Peppermint. Is there any "script", command via terminal that solves this small problem? Can you help me please? Thanks to peppermintOS!!!

All my system drivers are up to date, I have Steam and Wine installed on the machine and I managed to solve it using some commands when starting Steam, which was this: PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% The game is "Master Reboot" This command worked by forcing OPENGL in place of Vulkan Proton Experimental

Good night peppermintOS!!! I'm sorry for bothering you. Steam stopped playing my games recently, when loading the game the screen flashes and returns to the play icon without no reason, I use the experimental proton and others that were previously working perfectly without any errors. Thank you very much boy. I wonder what will happen to the millions of PCs when it ends Windows10 support definitely, will they turn to Linux? or go bury 280 million like Atari did with cartridges? Here in my community computers like Sempron 2200+/Pentium II-III-IV/Celeron/ Atom/Athlon DDR1/2 that were once loved, then forgotten and now all running peppermint linux except the pentium II that my neighbor decided to run puppy linux on.

Good afternoon Pepperminters!!! Here I use the peppermint operation system only on console emulators type pcsx2, rpcs3, duckstation and dolphin emulator, flycast and redream (dreamcast) They all run very well including rpcs3 in the game "Lollipop Chainsaw" for ps3 rpcs3 even though my processor doesn't have AVX2, only AVX1, thanks to Peppermint all these emulators run better than on windows and ubuntu. I just won't belittle Linux Mint with Peppermint are super systems.

I understood Look, here in Brazil the Linux community was surprised with peppermint and its speed and efficiency so much so that it is considered the fastest distro and at the same time fun.
