I've been having similar messages and failure to sync. See Ticket #67. I'm running Version 2.0.2 on Ubuntu (Linux).

Sync: Error transferring to/from Evernote server - server replied: OK

I often get a variation of this error message starting with the same text, "Unable to update note. Invalid note structure : :EDAMUserException: ...". In all cases that I recall, its been fixed by manually removing span tags that use Evernote IDs. Yes, it's a bit laborious! It'd be great if there's a fix.

I'm having a similar issue in July 2018 using NixNote 2.02 on Ubuntu 18.04. When using a high resolution external display, NixNote renders text size quite differently to other common software including system components such as menus and dialog boxes, Firefox and LibreOffice.
