Here is my configuration. In menu Aero is fine, but if I start or load a mission it disables. Ideally it will minimize because of the alt-tab and switch to another window. Normal alt-tab behavior is when you tap alt+tab in quick succession without holding them down, whatever is on top goes in the background and the next window becomes on top.
