Go to System Preferences > Security/Privacy and allow it to install..... Apple is being sued by the European Union for these tactics. You are downloading from sourceforge not the Apple store so it gives crazy, scary messages or simply will not allow the install. If you go to the Security/Privacy settings just say allow install. I work on a macOS and it is very annoying
Hi Gregorio, there has been a limit to cut/paste in the current spreadsheet. i think it will take a complete rip and replace of the spreasheet library to a new one to fix. We re-wrote entirely the Cloud verson and the spreadsheet we are using correctly cut/paste.

HI Gregorio, I tested and it worked fine. Please take a look and make sure you don't have any constraints on a task (icon will display on the far left of the Gantt Spreadsheet) or have an actual start date on a task (percent complete creates an Actual Start). Those are two common reasons the Critical Path algorithm will be superseeded.
As noted abovethe Accept button in hidden due to your monitor resoulution... either drag the license window up as noted above or zoom out and it will expose the Accept button
Hi Russ, you can change the date format and also set your currency and language. Do you have the latest version? There is a globe icon in the top right of the screen. You select your language and your country. The Country sets the date format and currency. We also recently added the same functionality to our Cloud version. This is free and open source .... we try our best and work long hours.

OpenProj was abandoned and replaced by ProjectLibre many years ago. There are many issues so the company originally had a Major warning on their website to use ProjectLibre.
