    the installer and portable version should contain all that is necessary (tested on Win 10 Home version). Did you get a more specific error message about these Qt6 errors?

    Katalog contains all languages, on first run it usually detects the user's language. This can be changed on the Settings tab, maybe this page will help you find it and the language selection: https://stephanecouturier.github.io/Katalog/docs/Settings
