Mk3-PLL has very fine parameters. When Mk3-PLL is used to control FM-AFM using a tuning fork as a force sensor, what is the correct value for the loop filter (low pass filter)? In SoftdB SPM PLL User's Manual, LP Filter (Phase/Frequency) is shown to be 93 Hz, LP Filter (Amp) to be 5.8 Hz. In the GXSM3 manual, both the Low Pass Filter Freq & Phase and Amp are 3188 Hz.
