Dear GIFT expert, I am using GIFT to analyze resting states in 2 groups (control/patients) each one with two sessions (before/after treatment) and I want to test the interaction effect of treatment and group. So, I am using the Univariate analysis (MANCOVA toolbox) with a GLM to correct for nuisance regressors as age, sex, and sites differences.
