Taylor Streitz

Hello, I am using the FNC toolbox and have been getting odd results. I have 9 IC's and am using a threshold of 0.01. In the arrow diagram it appears only IC 5 is lagging IC 4, but in the bar graph figures every pair of IC's are marked as significant. Am I interpreting one of these plots incorrectly? Or have I possibly made a mistake somewhere in my setup? I have attached the figures below and I can give you more information about my setup if need be. Thank you, Taylor Streitz
