Hi there! Very late reply. I think the recording problem was fixed in 2.1.18 but I only got round to packaging the 2.1.17 version for debian. Looks like they have now packaged 2.1.19 so I expect it will end up in Ubuntu eventually.. James

Hey, I am the author of Tunapie, and haven't looked at it for many years! I stopped developing it after the Shoutcast API licensing was changed to disallow open source software from using it. Tunapie still works with the Icecast directory AFAIK, but I think that streamtuner might be a better option now?
