well i think it is impossible without the VeraCrypt Rescue Disk that is the first step after passing the test of the encryptation you have to go immediately to Document to get the VeraCrypt Rescue Disk.

use a usb format it to FAT32 partition then if you have the veracrypt recovery unzip it then copy the file EFI to you usb. then use F keys example F1-F12 mine is a dell laptop i use F12 to boot my usb after that you be prompt with the image bellow select option "V" will promt enter your password do it so then hit enter twice you sould be accesing your window with no problem afterward remove usb and you ready to go

that happend to me today but i used my veracrypt recovery efi file on a usb restarted my windows and booted my usb so in this case i selected from the DOS veracrypt menu my usb the option are shown in the image i took with my cellphone in my case i used option "v" then will ask for your password then hit ENTER twice wait 15 sec and you will be right up then next reboot remove the usb and everything will be fine
