Here is a tip if you wanted to periodically cycle your wallpaper only if screen is unlocked (and presumably you are there). It is for people who have chosen to have windows lock screen automatically when the are not using their PC (see screen saver settings). In my case I have a hot key setup to lock the screen (using another tool) which I use when I leave my PC running.
