Thank you very much indeed
Dear Brian, thank you very much for your quick response. May I ask you, as a follow up, how to quantify the goodness of a normalisation? To the naked eye the normalisations I have performed with ANTs (hundreds now) look very good. I also use the normalisations for automatic parcellation of the gm and these seem also very reasonable. Many thanks Sandro
Dear experts, I woul like to ask you if the logjacobian images created with the antCorticalThickness (-t option) in combination with the OASIS-30 template (skull stripped), can be directly used to perform a cross-sectional TBM analysis (healthy controls vs patients, both adult) or if a new template needs to be built from for this purpose. Thank you in advance Sandro
Thank you Nick for your reply and the link. Indeed, their results seem to differ quite a bit from your comparison with freesurfer.
Dear ANTs community, I have recently read this paper : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5187496/ and I was wondering if anyone could make a comment on the results presented. All the best, Sandro
Hi Brian, many thanks ! sandro
Hi everyone, I would be grateful if anyone would give me any reccomendation for a diffusion toolbox. I read in the documentation/discussions/helps that Camino once was the preffered choice, but since this is not maintained anymore, MRtrix would be the next best package to use alongside ANTs/ANTsR. Many thanks in advance Sandro
Hi Brain, many thanks for your help. Yes, the machine OS is a Centos7 Sandro
