Thanks. It appears that I am on 10.2.0.2.... hopefully the problem is rare and we can work around it.

I recently built a fax server with a Mainpine IQ Express 5120, which has been working well. However, recently, the fax modem got "wedged" and it took a complete shutdown to "unwedge" it (a simple reboot didn't do the trick). I've seen references to a side channel utility for Mainpine that can "unwedge" the modem. Where is this available?
