Hello. I tried innounp on many GOG games before, but today I run at the issue. I tried unpack Doomdark's Revenge (available for free on GOG https://www.gog.com/game/doomdarks_revenge), which according info is 5.5.7 IS package, and even though on first look it seems that everything went smoothly, after I check actual directory to which it unpacked files, I found that result files are all wrong.
