You first make RunLinux.sh executable with chmod +x RunLinux.sh Then you actaully start GDS3D by: ./RunLinux.sh

Vanessa, can you send the console output of GDS3D so I can see which part of the program it crashes?

Looking at your ProcessDef.txt, I see you have tabs in most of the lines. Try to remove the tabs, like in example.txt and try again.
