Error dialog "WARNING: The host file/device is already in use!" needs better precision

I experienced this issue yesterday with a non system disk that I recently entirely encrypted. I first tried jodasourcefourge's suggestion to toggle the disk's Online/Offline state. That did nothing. I then tried Mounir IDRASSI's suggestion to use Process Explorer to find the offender who was already using the disk. First, you must run Process Explorer as Administrator.
