Thanks for th elayout of the steps. I made the directoty in /media I installed the cifs tools. But, the actual command(I updated it with my details): sudo mount -t cifs defaults,dir_mode=0777,file_mode=0777 //192.168.0.122/freenas /media/freenas I did try it as is, and the reply said it was "bad usage" two questions: 1 - do I need, or even want the permissions set up like this? Loukas Thanks you very much. Now I know why the share was not visible. I figured it was due to that, but I did not know how to mount the share permenantly. I am using Linux MInt 20.x. I am trying to back up files from a SMB share on a locally connect HD to my computer. When I go to add the the source, fromt eh finde, I can not located the SMB folder. So, I opened the location up with a desktop window. I copied the location: smb://freenas/data/ I put this in LB as my destination. I validate it and it is accepted. When I go to back up, with LB, it says that my source directlry does not exist. How can I get LB to see my SMB share?

I recently installed PHPRecipe. It works very well, and does what I need. I went to try exporting a recipe the other day, and I got an error(see image file). I spoke to a programmer friend of mine and he said that this is because a file or something is missing. Can anyone give any insight into this? Thanks Joseph
