started auto intake
commit added vi's: CubeCheck_Begin and CubeCheck_GetSensorVoltage
programmed the sensor for handler cube check.
Created vision code and started recognizng the yellow box as our target. the rectangle was not being drawn because we must figure out measurements.
Added turn degrees vi into Auton Sequence
Added the 2018Auton values sheet and changed auton sequence to get the value from auton decision
Tested autonomous decision and made sure it receives proper data from dashboard
