I got the same error too, compiling under 16.04 LTS. None of it works, it's always a dead end. I don't know why I keep bashing my head against this wall, it's futile. I mean, props to Dream 2.1, works like a champ but I fail to comprehend why 2.2 keeps getting released when it's clearly broken and the dev is unwilling to post any detailed documentation on how to get it running. Jeesus, I mean if you're going to post broken non-functional code, the least you can do is be available for people to vent their frustrations at for not being able to get your shoddy work [combined with an almost complete and utter lack of documentation] to compile.

Goddamn dude, get your shit together and include everything we need to run your program OR put together a detailed FAQ / HOW-TO. I don't mind installing libraries, building etc on Linux, but come on man, on Windows? This shit should be one-click.
