(1) HTSeq is only tested on version 0.6.1p1. Please try this version. (2) Please try to use FASTQ file as input when you do the mapping to generate SAM file.

When I create the key, the exponent in the input data (CreatePrimary_In) is 0, but after I execute the command "TPM2_CreatePrimary", the exponent in the output data (CreatePrimary_Out) is 65537. Using the same code (my application) with TSS, I don't have such problem when tesing with an infineon TPM in Linux. Do you have any idea about this?
