Citrix complicates things. Are you using VDI (workstation OS) or VDA (Server OS)? What type of endpoints? Workspace/Receiver version and configuration? Are you enabling duplex via naps2 ui predefined settings or native ui? I'm curious what type of scanner you are using also. I assume with citrix you are using TWAIN and not the WIA driver? Depending on endpoint device and setup.. off the top of my head what could be occurring if using the native UI is the scanner UI is getting hidden or dropping behind...

NAPS2 6.1.2 Duplex scanning not working using defined settings in NAPS UI. I read someone else report this late one night from my phone, but i couldn't find that thread. Sorry for starting a new one. But when using the UI built into NAPS the duplex scanning feature does not work and always scans one side. This was tested with various Fujitsu scanners. Ignore my comment. I may have jumped the gun. I'll have to do some more investigating.

Noticed that the "Send with Email" Button errors out. I'm not a place where i can attach an error, but i can later on. The stable 5.8.2 worked, and the nightly 5.8.2 doesn't do anything, and the beta gives some type of "null" error. I'll try to provide more info later.
