i am happy to inform you that the problem of inactive peace with bluetooth has been solved as suggested by one of the user of peace. accordingly, by disabling the handsfree telephony. the detailed steps are here: open control panel in window 10/11 devices and printers_ double click. on the Bluetooth device icon, double click. in the service tab, in the menu, unselect handsfree telephony. restarting the computer. done. I hope this will help everybody facing a similar problem. Thanks for your response....

HELLO, i am using it for bluetooth devices, so far it was good, but very recently it is not working with bluetooth headset; however it is fine with bluetooth speaker stup, system speakers(laptop inbuilt),etc. bluetooth headphone is Nu Republic a chinese product.
