Hello, I have an encrypted external hard drive that contains recent sentimental family photos etc. I have never had any issues with it but today it could not be mounted. The usual message “This process may take a long time and VeraCrypt may seem unresponsive” appeared for much longer than usual. Then I briefly saw my external hard drive appear in the Mac Finder window for about two seconds, then the following message appears - “hdiutil: attach failed - no mountable file systems” I have tried to repair...
