Hi , I am facing similar issue. Getting exception : com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Algorithm negotiation fail when using 0.1.41 When I use the JSch 0.1.54 , the issue doesnt come when I run my app on java 1.8 whereas I want to run it on java 1.6, where the issue still persists with 0.1.54 Could anyone help me please. regards, Shilpa

Hi Anu, How do you find the algorithms used by SFTP server and what all are supported by Jsch ? I am facing similar issue.
