After group analysis in gift toolbox we got the file named as 'test03.fastica_ica_parameter_info'. We visualised all the components from the mean image. Hi, I am currently working on resting state fMRI data to compare the statistical parameters between a group of controls and patients. I need to get a comparison between both the groups. I am finding difficulty in choosing the appropriate commands in the gift toolbox. Please guide me to proceed further to get the comparison. Kindly reply as soon as possible.
