Maybe try using an older version of python like 2.7.5 on another test machine. Also, filelocker requires cherrypy to run as well so you will need to install that eventually. I have it runnining on Centos 7 with python 2.7.5 successfully. May I ask why you need the "-h" flag? The "-i" option will create your MySQL tables needed for install. Are you running this as root or with "sudo" preceding the "python setup.py" command? Also what version of cherrypy do you have?
