Hi all, I just need to ask a basic question regarding the use of compressor in DWSIM. Does the efficiency mean the isentropic efficency of the compressor or the overall (mechanical eff and electric eff) efficiency? Regards, Ali

Dear All, I am using equilibirum reactor for reversible reactions in DWSIM. I want to know the mathematical expressions to bring about the results of conversion. Unfortunately they are not given in the manual. Since the reactor is working on Gibbs free energy the expressions are ; Keq= [product]/[reactant] and ΔG° = -RT ln Keq Are there any more? please let me know
