    I am installing on Ubuntu 22.04 following various online guides i have found. I will admit that I am still learning linux. With the install i will have the setup under http://HOSTNAME/itop is it possible to not require the redirect and have this be a single purpose server so that i can just go to http://HOSTNAME? Also not looking for a redirect of the default page. Is this considered a bad idea in apache? I'm used to IIS and never really had any issues with that there. Second im trying to figure...

    I have tried to reach out via the contact us forms to get information on cost for the "Customer Only" extensions but no one is reaching back out to me. Does anyone know what the bare minimum is needed to get access to these extensions and its aproximate cost? I'm also possibly interested in the ITSM designer functions. Final question is for some of the premium extensions such as the Advanced FAQ and the Customized Request Forms. if you are a paying customer do you have to pay for these extensions...

    So figured out this one after some testing. update the "Person Fields" section i added in the org_id flag there used the LDAP attribute of "company" and set this to the exact value of my org. Now i have users coming in and being assigned to the organization i want right away.

    So not sure if I'm over looking something or if this just does not exist but, does the system by default or some extension have what i would call a workflow automation setup. An example of what i am thinking is someone needs a new server. Service request exists for "Create new virtual server" and it collects the default info, server name, ip, specs, etc. That service request gets created and assigned to the appropriate person. When that ticket is closed a few new service request are automatically...
