Dear Gabriela, it looks like you have a problem with rdkit. Can you check this ? http://www.rdkit.org/docs/Install.html#installation and/or https://stackoverflow.com/questions/20518632/importerror-numpy-core-multiarray-failed-to-import I don't know why this did not occur properly when installing Anaconda.
