So. I download a program called 'move anything'. I didn't want to muck around too much, as I will usually stuff things up to a point where I have to reinstall. I noticed whilst useing move anything that it is in actual fact the Blizzard stuff that is moving up and down (so not your problem after all) my appolopies and thank you. I'll have to start looking for a Blizzard sulution. Thanks again.

Hi. Just letting you know - I think I'm having the same issue. When I have Titan on (I use the bottom two bars), it seems to merge into the blizzard bar thing down the bottom. ("the bottom Titan Bar overlays the UI action bar, and then will pop back one on top of the other Especially by channeling spells or when the pet bar (crane by mony or something) pops up") However, it happens to me when I change from none combat to combat role.
