Hi James, I am not sure of Toast, but normally there is an option called either Copy CD/DVD or burn disk Image (I am unsure of Toasts Exact phraseology) I did a quick search on creating a Disk Copy from image for toast and found this for you: http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/40585/how-to-make-a-bootable-disk-from-an-image-with-toast I think it will probably cover what you need in Toast Titanium 12 Let us know if you succeed
